When producing cartons such as those used for toy and electronic products packing boxes that need to display the inside products, a window patching process is needed. Since the window shapes are not necessarily regular and the plastic sheets used are relatively thick, it requires the employed window patching machine to achieve a higher automation degree and should be capable of controlling the patching position accurately.

The JB-900TC shaped window patching machine is specially designed for shaped carton window patching, which can realize high precision patching through three-point positioning. It is suitable for all kinds of shaped window patching with film thickness of 0.2~1.0mm.
